The Office Management Process
We start with a meeting to get an overview of what kind and how much work you want me to complete. We will discuss the work load and if possible take a quick look at your existing processes and work flows. We agree on onsite or offsite work or a mix of both as well as a start date and/or a due date and I get down to business.
For optimisation of your operation I will meet with your staff and work together through the various processes. Once I have seen your operations I will be able to analyse the processes and provide suggestions for improvement.
