  • Re-organisation of electronic filing of all course materials
  • Set up of compliance spreadsheet for all course materials
  • Set up of course spreadsheet with client links
  • Assisting in re-organisation of hard copy filing system
  • Preparation of hard copy course files
  • Re-formatting documents to standard templates

This was a short term assignment to assist a new staff member with alining and getting the administration back on track.
